Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

Shipping Time:
Domestic shipping generally takes 6-10 business days.
International shipping generally takes 10-14 business days.
Premium shipping generally takes 12-16 business days.
Domestic shipping applies only to the United States. International shipping applies to all other supported countries. Premium shipping is available exclusively for Puerto Rico. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently offer delivery there.
There are some factors that may affect shipping time that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase, and to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

Shipping Method:
We primarily use DHL, FedEx, or USPS to ship your orders. Orders are prepared in our facilities before being completed by the shipping provider.
Tracking:
Tracking is provided for all orders so you can follow the progress of your shipment. As soon as your order ships, we will send you your tracking number via email. As soon as you receive your tracking number, you may track your order at any time here on this page: Track My Order
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: Brecklen & Meyer cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
Order Cancellation:
We accept order cancellations up to 12-24 hours after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us via the link below, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation on orders after 12-24 hours of the purchase time due to being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
